There are some questions we get a lot and here are our answers! If you have a question and it's not answered here please feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to assist you!

​Do we ship orders?
​
In an effort to keep our costs lower for our customers we do NOT ship our cakes, cupcakes or cheesecakes. Shipping these types of items takes special care and packaging which is costly and could compromise the freshness and quality of our product. If we should happen upon a safe and cost efficient way to get our product to customers outside of our area we will be sure to let you know so keep visiting for updates!

Do we deliver?

We do deliver locally with a minimum purchase of $25 within 25 miles of us for an additional delivery fee of $6. With a minimum purchase of $75 we will deliver within 50 miles for an additional delivery fee of $12. If you're outside of this area please give us a call and we'll try to work something out with you. Otherwise, you can always pick your product up at our place of business here in Lewisberry!

Do we offer Vegan, Non-Dairy or Gluten Free products?​

We do offer Vegan, Non-Dairy and Gluten Free cupcakes and cakes. If you are interested in a list of these please visit our contact us page and we would be happy to send that to you along with the pricing list. Some of our cheesecakes can be made in a Gluten Free manner unfortunately since cheesecakes are made up of mostly dairy product, we do not offer a Vegan or Non-Dairy version.

Do we mix and match flavors?

We do have a minimum order requirement of 12 cupcakes per order (1 flavor per each dozen ordered) at this time because we are a bake as ordered company working out of our home kitchen. This allows us to give you the freshest product and eliminates waste. Some customers order 12 cupcakes each and split the cupcakes once they receive them. We are able to box them up however you would like. For example if you ordered 12 Pumpkin, 12 Caramel Apple, 12 Cappuccino and 12 Pineapple Zucchini we could box them up with 3 of each flavor in each box. Special requests need only call and we will gladly answer your questions.

How much notice is needed to place an order
We need 24 hours notice for orders of 1 dozen cupcakes, 1 cake or 1 cheesecake. Larger orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Customers holding large accounts with us will need to contact us to set up a schedule of when they would need their desserts delivered and give us their choices in desserts a week in advance.
Do you offer gift packaging?

We Do Box your cupcakes, cakes and cheesecakes and wrap with bows, adorn with small trinkets, etc. per your request for an additional Fee. Call or write to us and let us know what you're looking for and we will provide the details.

Do you offer nut free facility guarantee?
​
All baked goods are created in a facility that does use nuts therefore we can not offer products to individuals with nut or other food type allergies such as egg allergies, etc. The baker does have a walnut allergy herself so we do not offer flavors which require the use of walnuts.
